Funmiora is an independent business selling handmade home fragrance products, including candles and wax melts.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, appearance, texture and finish may occur between individual products. These natural variations are not considered defects.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and measurements are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product designs, fragrances or packaging where necessary.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase has been successfully placed. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is an error in pricing, product availability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

6. Candle and Wax Melt Safety

Our products must always be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided with the product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles and wax melts away from children, pets, flammable materials and draughts.

Funmiora cannot accept responsibility for damage or injury caused by misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or failure to use a product as intended.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, peak periods, adverse weather, strikes or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected delivery provider.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot guarantee replacement or refund where an order has been delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds
